Take charge of your career by charting your path to maximum contribution, satisfaction and reward
|
|
Today, employees are increasingly responsible for managing their own careers. While most realize the need to take charge, they often lack a clear sense of how to proceed. Employers, too, are searching for guidance in developing programs that empower people to reach their full potential. The LifePath Workshop is a transformational program that provides clear direction to individuals and the organizations they serve, revitalizing career development and unlocking the power of people. |

Play To Your Strengths
|
|
The LifePath Workshop
is uniquely effective in enabling individuals to thoroughly assess
their preferences and strengths. Most importantly, it equips participants
with powerful tools for identifying and pursuing win-win
opportunities in a dynamic and challenging world. Feedback from
more than 5,000 participants confirms that workshop graduates
are able to clearly articulate personal goals and value to the
organization. In addition, they can identify and take ownership
of appropriate career development opportunities. Moreover, they
are often propelled to achieve beyond previously identified levels
of potential, further enhancing their contribution to the organization.

The Program
|
|
The three-day LifePath Workshop engages participants in a systematic process designed to identify skills, interests, and personality tendencies while uncovering core values and goals. The results of this process are synthesized to create a comprehensive description of the unique patterns of the individuals essential motivations and strengths. This Blueprint becomes a map for lifelong career planning and success.
Participants define their ideal work environment
and build the skills they need to implement a career blueprint.
They evaluate current roles and future plans in light of a newly
created blueprint. Matches and discrepancies are revealed and
creative options are brainstormed.
The LifePath Workshop provides participants with the opportunity to learn and practice new techniques designed to promote career success, including networking, informational interviewing and the preparation of targeted bios. Each participant develops a written vision of his or her ideal future, along with systematic action plans for realizing goals. |
