our team / Randy Parkin

In 20 years of experience, Randy has been a successful manager and consultant with organizations in the private sector and all levels of government. He has led and consulted to projects involving quality improvement, strategic pathing, service delivery, organizational re-design, team building and performance management.

Randy leads our design function, customizing processes to develop capability for leadership, coaching, service quality, negotiation, and other areas critical to personal and organizational success. He has exceptional classroom abilities and facilitates training for trainers. Clients appreciate Randy's progressive ideas, realistic approach, humour and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Randy holds a B.A. in Political Science and has taught at the University of Alberta. He is a former affiliate of Covey Leadership Center and was a Covey certified master trainer. He has developed many of the concepts and models used in our work. He researches and writes extensively, and edits our newsletter, "Keynotes". Randy also manages our association in Leadership Alliance Canada.

He resides in Calgary with his wife and five children. He has a passion for paragliding.
