our team / Patrick O'Sullivan

Paddy is a highly skilled facilitator and transformational coach.  He also has extensive team building experience and for the last 18 years has helped organizations in Canada, the United States and Europe build effective teams.

Paddy holds a Masters degree in Human Development and has formal training in group facilitation through the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA). In 2005, his international coaching expertise was recognized by Certification as an Inspiration Coach through the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. He has taught at the university level and most recently delivered an upper year psychology program in the area of human motivation.

He believes in harnessing the “human energy” often left untapped in organizations by promoting behaviours that improve human connection. In his coaching and facilitation practice, Paddy promotes and models improved mastery of emotional and intuitive intelligences as a means to improve relationships,  communication and leadership decision making skills.

Paddy is also an accomplished abstract artist and his creativity often helps clients identify new ways of looking at a situation or challenge leading them to new choices for a way forward. Many of the techniques he uses in coaching conversations or workshops are innovative and at the leading edge of coaching and professional learning.

Along with his family, Paddy makes home in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada where he can indulge his passion for the outdoors and create his art in his cottage studio.
