John’s extensive business skills are both broad and deep, having consulted to over 100 Fortune 2000 organizations including IBM, TMobile, Costco, FedEx, Shell Oil and Goldman Sachs. He has over twenty years working experience and thrives in diverse cultural settings. His work has taken him to the US, UK, Ireland, Holland, France and Belgium.

John held leadership roles ranging from VP Marketing to VP Organizational Performance at a four time FAST 50/500 technology firm that grew from 3 to 100 employees and was twice recognized as a finalist for “Best Managed Private Company”. John focused on investing in people and creating organizational systems and infrastructure to enable rapid, sustainable growth.

His core skills include communicating – both listening and presenting, building high-performance teams, facilitating and instructing. His passion for improving organizational performance and increasing individual fulfillment is evident in his approach to all leadership activities and processes.

John is an Associate of Potentials Unlimited Inc., an accredited Insights™ practitioner and a graduate of Destination Coach.  John obtained his MBA from Simon Fraser University in 1995 and has lectured at the masters level at University of British Columbia.
