team / Aileen Gibb
Aileen Gibb provides personal, leadership and strategic coaching
to Executives and Executive Teams. She is a skilled and
innovative coach and facilitator with a profound belief in
the benefits of challenging individuals and teams to stretch
and learn beyond their current boundaries. She has designed
and delivered team workshops to meet the needs of groups from
around the world. Her client groups have included participants
from North and South America, the U.K., Norway, Africa, the
Middle East, and Australia. Aileen has delivered workshops
in cultures as diverse as Kazakhstan, Dubai and Venezuela. Aileen’s
client base includes BP, Schlumberger, International Paper,
Coors Brewers, Oilphase, Chevron, Transcanada, Veritas DGC,
Paladin Resources and Red Spider Technology.
Aileen is known for her creative wisdom in working with groups
using a combination of leading edge coaching, facilitation
and soulful techniques. She is currently developing her own
model for Inspirational Coaching, which participants on her
Destination Coach leadership programme say has had a transformational
impact on their life, work and relationships.
An Associate of Potentials Unlimited, Aileen has over 20 years
experience in Human Resources, Sales and General Management. She
is the Founder of Inspirational Coaching (ic) International,
a transatlantic organisation dedicated to helping the world
of work become more inspiring, creative and fulfilling for
individuals.
Aileen has a Bachelor of Administration degree in Business
Studies from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. She
holds a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management;
and is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development.
Aileen moved to Alberta in November 2001 to fulfil her life’s
dream of living and working in the Canadian Rockies. She has
established a North American base for icInternational
and continues to travel to international client assignments.
More recently her international clients have brought their teams
to the mountains of Alberta to work with Aileen.
